We are currently seeking a candidate for a Service Coordinator role with Pella Products of Kansas City. This person must be able to multi task, and possesses excellent time management skills. This candidate will answer incoming phone calls, and emails about all service related issues associated with Pella Windows and doors. They will schedule service events, order parts, and follow up to make sure the customer's service needs are met in a timely manner. This individual must also be able to work effectively with service technicians, warehouse staff, and sales personnel. Good communication skills, and familiarity with email, and computer systems is required.
Previous experience in a customer service related field is strongly preferred.
Job Type: Full-time - Mon-Friday / 7am -4pm
Salary: $13.00-$16.25 /hour DOE
